The Elder Scrolls Online

Easily among the best MMORPGs of all time, and simply one of the best games in general

When it was first released the game was somewhat lacking in content, but now after 10 years and constant updates and improvements it has some of the most content in any game ever, and with huge improvements and the massive content it makes it one of the best games ever to play and worth your time with thousands of hours of content.

The game has everything you could want, first the combat is entertaining and with a ton of different mechanics such as having to block, dodge roll, use certain skills at correct times etc. it makes it so that you are always learning and improving your skill in the game. There is literally millions of different builds you could make with the different gears sets, enchantments, skills, and champion points and a huge perk of the game is even though there are classes and class skills there is a lot of different things you could do on one character, for example you can be a Sorcerer but then build yourself to be like a melee fighter instead and use heavy armor and swords and it is still viable.

There is an endless amount of quests, dungeons, and content to keep you entertained. You are not locked into doing any one thing either, if you're doing a certain quest line and get bored you can just move to another area, or go PvP, or go anywhere you want and do what you want. If you just want to be a crafter or a trader you could do that, or you could literally just farm materials to sell and make gold and buy houses to decorate. It by far has the best player housing in any game ever with a huge range of houses and furnishings.

PvP is also really good in the game, while it sometimes can be unbalanced or you can be out numbered in Cyrodil, it is some of the best PvP in any game. Battlegrounds have 3 teams going against each other in certain modes which is unique because even though you may not be winning, you can still fight for 2nd to get better rewards over getting last. Cyrodil is the best open world PvP in any game I have played, huge battles with 100+ people all fighting to take over a keep with siege weapons is some of the most fun you can have, they have improved the servers as well so it doesn't lag too often during the massive battles, the only real downside is when your faction is extremely outnumbered and you cannot do much, but at those times you can simply work on other things in the game.

Overall Elder Scrolls Online is the only game out of thousands across various platforms that has kept me entertained for thousands of hours and keeps me coming back with every update, event and expansion, it may seem too late to start with the massive achievement list but really it's not bad at all, the Emperor achievement may turn some people off but it can easily be boosted if you don't want to spend the time to do it seriously. There is enough content that you won't be bored for at least hundreds of hours, if you like MMORPGs, RPGs, Elder Scrolls or even just good games I highly recommend playing the game.
